Hi! I’m Jessica,
Psychotherapist, Professor, and Mental Health Advocate
Depression, anxiety, and emotional distress can create barriers in our relationships and impact our ability to glow. With nearly two decades of clinical mental health, holistic wellness, management, and clinical supervision experience, I support individuals, couples, groups, and organizations to get back on track and meet their goals.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW) and Certified Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher, I offer services through a humanistic, trauma-informed, and culturally aware lens. My intervention styles include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), mindfulness techniques, and holistic wellness integration.
My clinical focus areas include depression, anxiety, parent-child conflict, trauma, work-related conflicts, toxic stress, and at-scale community wellness interventions. I am an "in-network" provider in New Jersey for Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Oscar, Oxford Health Plans, and Empire (NY coming soon).

Education: I received a dual BA in Psychology and Social Services from the University at Buffalo, where I also obtained a Master's in Social Work. I've trained in various meditation and mindfulness techniques and am a Certified Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher by the School of Positive Transformation, accredited by the International Mindfulness and Meditation Alliance (IMMA). I am licensed as a Clinical Social Worker in NY and NJ and practice virtually with NJ clients only (NY coming soon).
About Wayfinding Heart, LLC: The vision to create Wayfinding Heart, LLC arrived during a "cosmic yoga" session with my daughter. See wayfinding is an ancient art of becoming oriented toward a destination. This company is my way of conveying that the path to achieving our goals is already implanted within our spirit.
Live your life with intention, and all destinations are within reach.
